ATM420 features

The ATM420 is a compact, robust touchscreen display designed for critical environments such as isolation rooms, cleanrooms, pharmaceutical areas, laboratories, and operating theatres. Its user interface is built around clear color-coding — green for safe, red for alarm — offering immediate and intuitive visual feedback on room pressure status.

Plug-and-install solution

Each ATM420 set includes:

  • A full-color touchscreen display
  • Differential pressure transmitter(s)
  • Manual and easy-to-install flush-mounted enclosures.

Note:

  • Requires a 24VDC-0.5A power supply (not included)
  • Cabling: Two shielded wires for power, plus two shielded wires to connect display and transmitter(s) needed (not included).

Touchscreen display unit

  • Available with 1, 2, or 3 measurement channels.
  • Color-coded display for immediate status feedback.
  • Adjustable acoustic alarm with delay option (e.g. for brief door openings).
  • Maintenance mode disables alarm and dims screen during calibration or cleaning.
  • Code-protected settings menu with options for:
    • Measurement point names
    • Alarm thresholds
    • Time delays
    • Buzzer on/off
  • Firmware languages: English, French, Italian, German, Dutch (others on request).
  • Optional Modbus output for remote monitoring and alarm configuration via BMS.
  • Delivered with comprehensive English instruction and user manual.
  • Resistant to Hâ‚‚Oâ‚‚ cleaning – suitable for hydrogen peroxide wipes
  • The display can be safely cleaned using hydrogen peroxide wipes, ensuring suitability for cleanroom and healthcare environments

Continuous monitoring

With JRI monitoring, pressure values from the ATM420 system can be continuously logged in a validated cloud environment.
The data is stored with trends, timestamps and alarm history, supporting traceability and compliance. When a pressure limit is exceeded, an automatic alarm notification can be sent, helping users respond quickly and follow up on deviations.

High-accuracy differential pressure transmitters

Each monitored point uses a high-precision differential pressure transmitter, carefully selected for long-term stability.

  • Autozero functionality eliminates offset drift.
  • Accuracy of ±0.5 Pa ±1% of reading
  • 4-20mA and 0-10V outputs for easy integration with VAV controllers or Building Automation Systems (BAS).
  • Optional supplied with a 5-point calibration certificate for each transmitter.

Multi language

  • Firmware languages: English, French, Italian, German, Dutch.
  • Other languages available upon request.
  • Includes English instruction manual and setup guide.

Optional slave display

Secondary readout for airlocks or anterooms: Allows staff to check pressure conditions before entering controlled areas.

  • No acoustic alarm function on the slave unit.
  • Versions with a second and third slave display are available upon request.

Calibration certificate

  • Calibrated on 5-points
  • Certificate includes serial number and customer/company name
  • Delivered digitally and/or printed
